Flossing is the quick and effective way to keep your teeth and gums healthy.it is an essential part in taking care of teeth and gums.
Technique:
  • Pull 18-24mm of dental floss.
  • Wrap the ends of the floss around the index and middle finger.
  • Hold the floss tightly around each each tooth in a C-shape,move the floss back and forth in a push and pull motion and up and down against the side of the tooth.
